Critical Elixirs is an Australian-owned, engineering-led treatment solutions company combining professional engineering, bespoke chemical manufacturing, intelligent dosing systems and continuous performance management.
We diagnose complex water, wastewater and environmental treatment challenges, formulate and manufacture the chemistry required, design and deploy treatment infrastructure, and measure and optimise performance in the field.
From sewer hydrogen sulphide control and corrosion management to HES basin treatment and industrial water treatment, we deliver complete solutions — not simply chemical deliveries.
For suitable projects, our services can be delivered under ongoing managed treatment agreements, including fixed-fee arrangements with clearly defined performance objectives.
The Critical Elixirs Treatment Model

Understand the treatment challenge through site inspections, sampling, monitoring, laboratory testing, engineering assessment and baseline performance analysis.

Select or develop the appropriate treatment chemistry, including conventional products and bespoke Critical Elixirs formulations where standard approaches are inadequate.

Design chemical storage, dosing infrastructure, control systems, injection arrangements, monitoring systems and performance management strategies, supported by RPEQ engineering where applicable.

Manufacture and supply the treatment chemistry, install or mobilise dosing systems, commission equipment and establish the initial treatment regime.

Track relevant treatment outcomes using field instrumentation, laboratory analysis, remote monitoring, performance reporting and comparison against agreed objectives.

Continuously refine dosing rates, chemical selection, operating strategies and equipment performance to improve treatment effectiveness and whole-of-life value.
